What will you do?

In this position you will join our Asia Clients & Markets team, where you will play an integral part in a team of highly skilled specialists that ‘bring ideas to life’ for our clients.

Some of the key things you will do includes:

Oversee the administration and maintenance of our CRM systems and tools viz., Merlin & MS Dynamics and others as applicableServe as the primary point of contact for business users, providing training, support, and troubleshooting assistance as needed.Monitor CRM system usage and performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements to optimize usability.Generate regular reports and dashboards to track key metrics, trends, and performance indicators related to business operations.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and documentation related to proposals, and client communications.Support the proposals team in development of winning proposals (as needed)

Who are we looking for?

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.5 years of working experience in administrative or related roles.Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.Attention to detail and rigor in implementation of processes is a mustProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience in Microsoft Dynamics is preferredAbility to communicate clearly with colleagues, seniors and supporting staff
