We have a great opportunity for a CRM Assistant to join our growing company!
This position will manage the administration and support of the Customer Relationship Management system. Will work directly under the Director of CRM and serve as the system subject matter expert. Will work with nontechnical users to improve how the CRM system it is used across the company, provide timely and efficient end user support and increase end user engagement across all departments. You will be responsible for supporting and training the CRM system for a wide variety of users, acting as both tech support for user issues with the system and monitoring usage of the system to increase adoption.
Requirements Associate’s Degree in Business Administration or Technology2+ years' experience in CRM systemsCRM administration and support experienceExcellent oral and written presentation and communication skillsExperience managing multiple concurrent projects and tasksProven ability to create application and process documentationProven skills and experience with translating user needs into technical requirementsAbility to present technical information to non-technical usersCustomer service oriented with a problem-solving attitudeHighly motivated, a self-starter, creative, able to work independently, possess a strong attention to detail and have a “can do” attitudeTravel up to 20% for school support and training needsAbility to work with minimal supervision and assistanceExperience with technical support ticketing systemFamiliarity with Microsoft Teams applicationsFamiliarity with iOS and/or AndroidExperience with CRM and Contact Center Integrations (NiceCXOne)Knowledge of CRM and Child Management System (CMS) Integrations (Procare, KangarooTime)Experience in Education and / or Childcare field

Responsibilities Acts as a Subject Matter Expert in how the CRM system is used by various key stakeholders in the organization (Field Administrators and New Hires)Acts as Tier I support for issues with the CRM system before escalating to CRM manager or vendorsWorks with Director, manager and vendor to troubleshoot and resolve urgent issues and concernsProvides system training to a variety of users and stakeholders at all levels of the company to include on-site and virtual trainingEnsuring an effective on-boarding process for new hiresCreates and updates documentation and training for CRM systemAnalyzes data and reports in system to look for issues or concerns in how CRM system is being utilized and works to overcome issues with key users and increase system engagement; Monitoring of system adoption through reportingManage system data integrity, system clean up, and task/communication backlogSupport some of the content needed to improve CRM LMS and Live webinarsWork with the team and independently and exercise judgment when needed
