Support Commercial and Finance team with accurate administration in Corteva Bonus system (CTB), ensure in-time and full customer bonus payouts based on validated invoices.

Key responsibilities

85% of time – CTB Admin

Key administratior for CTB system, ensure that CTB process works smoothly in the selected regionAccurately validate uploaded customer invoices, verify data accuracy, highlight any possible errors, mistakesEnsure seasonal deadlines are met – proactively communicate (via regular reports) to commercial team any gaps, missing inputs and follow-up on the delivery of thoseWork closely with CRM specialist and external service provider (Pharmapromo) in case of any system errorsContinuous improvement: propose possible system and process simplification in case neededKeep close / regular contact with Area Sales Managers and promoters, actively participate in monthly regional meetingsReporting: weekly and monthly reporting to ensure system hygiene and meeting deadlines

15% of time – Other Commercial Eff

Ad hoc commercial effectiveness related tasks, reports (E.g. Salesforce, reporting to Customer Service, Marketing, etc.), participation in bigger customer events.

Main capabilities required:

At least 1-2 years of experience and a track record in a multinational-environment, preferably in business adminTechnical skills: medium level skills in Excel, advanced level in CTB systemData accuracy, ability to work both independently and in a team.Ability to analyse and understand data, report and present insightsGood English language skillsComfortability around leaders
