**Role Intent** + Support Commercial and Finance team with accurate administration in Corteva Bonus system (CTB), ensure in-time and full customer bonus payouts based on validated invoices. **Key responsibilities** **_85% of time – CTB Admin_** + Key administratior for CTB system, ensure that CTB process works smoothly in the selected region + Accurately validate uploaded customer invoices, verify data accuracy, highlight any possible errors, mistakes + Ensure seasonal deadlines are met – proactively communicate (via regular reports) to commercial team any gaps, missing inputs and follow-up on the delivery of those + Work closely with CRM specialist and external service provider (Pharmapromo) in case of any system errors + Continuous improvement: propose possible system and process simplification in case needed + Keep close / regular contact with Area Sales Managers and promoters, actively participate in monthly regional meetings + Reporting: weekly and monthly reporting to ensure system hygiene and meeting deadlines **_15% of time – Other Commercial Eff_** + Ad hoc commercial effectiveness related tasks, reports (E.g.
