**What You'll Be Doing:**
🔹 **CRM Segmentation & Strategy** – Develop and manage audience segmentation based on customer behaviour and insights, using platforms like **Salesforce Marketing Cloud** .
🔹 **Paid Media & Data Activation** – Build and optimise CRM audience filters to support **paid media campaigns** and boost return on ad spend.
🔹 **Data Analysis & Insights** – Track campaign performance and provide actionable insights to enhance **customer engagement and conversion** .
🔹 **Cross-Functional Collaboration** – Work closely with **Marketing, Performance Marketing, and Ecommerce** teams to ensure seamless customer journeys.
🔹 **Compliance & Data Privacy** – Ensure all CRM activities adhere to data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) while maintaining data integrity.
**Qualifications & Experience**
âś” **2-4 years of experience** in database/segment management, with a strong understanding of customer data and performance tracking.
âś” **CRM expertise** with platforms like **Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar** .
✔ **Strong analytical mindset** – you can interpret data and turn insights into action!
âś” **Detail-oriented & highly organised** , with excellent communication skills.
âś” A passion for enhancing **customer engagement and lifecycle marketing** .
âś” **Experience in the leisure, travel, or entertainment industry** is a plus!
