\nAs a CRM Automation Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our CRM operations, working closely with the Head of CRM and cross-functional teams. Your mission? To ensure seamless CRM performance, optimize audience segmentation, and craft high-impact automated workflows.
What you’ll do:\nManage CRM databases, define audiences in the platform, or import them from external databases.\nCreate and manage workflow rules, data validation, and approval processes for different marketing campaigns.\nWork with different stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of our CRM marketing campaigns. brief creation, content & translation requests, quality assurance, and campaign execution. (e.g., increasing claims and subscriptions, promoting seasonal campaigns, upselling activities, etc.).\nReview and fix campaign issues.\nTrack campaign performance: Monitor campaign metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, ROI, etc.\n

\n\nProven experience in working with email marketing and messaging automation tools. (Bloomreach, Iterable, HubSpot, SFMC or similar)\nDemonstrable CRM experience on AB testing, segmentation and targeting, campaign management, and campaign analysis.\nInsights Generation: Ability to analyze customer behavior and feedback to refine future campaigns.\nUnderstanding of CRM KPIs data, databases and GDPR.\nKnowledge of SQL and HTML\nWell-organized with the ability to juggle multiple priorities at once.\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills.\nFluency in English.\n
