About the Job We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and detail-oriented CRM Campaign Manager to join our Marketing team reporting to the Director of Data Strategy and Campaign Operations. This role entails supporting the execution and deployment of multi-channel marketing campaigns, encompassing planning, project management, segmentation, test design and deployment. The ideal candidate must possess proven experience in end-to-end campaign deployment, with strong project management and organizational skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for meticulously managing project delivery timelines and ensuring all tasks are completed on time. The ability to prioritize effectively, maintain strict adherence to deadlines, and proactively address any potential roadblocks with a sense of urgency is paramount for success in this position. Must have the ability to adapt to changes quickly and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do | Key Accountabilities Gather requirements from stakeholders and interpret requests into campaign deliverables for marketing and transactional campaigns and coordinate with internal and external end users. Develop project timelines/roadmaps and negotiate priorities for various campaign initiatives. Support end-to-end coordination and execution of email campaigns, encompassing request intake, project management, planning, segmentation, test design, scheduling, and deployment of ad-hoc campaigns and journeys. Support deployment of marketing (adhoc/journeys) and transactional email campaigns. Support segmentation needs for all marketing channels (online and offline). Implement testing strategies (A/B testing, multivariate testing) to optimize email performance. Perform campaign data analysis and quality control to verify campaign requirements. Partner with cross functional teams (date engineering, marketing teams, Customer Service, Store Ops) and external vendors to manage, plan, test, and implement data feed changes, system enhancements and upgrades. Collaborate with Analytics/Reporting team to confirm campaign reporting/tracking objectives are achieved. Optimize process, campaigns and workflows to improve efficiency and increase output, and ensuring continuous improvement in campaign execution. Maintain proactive and responsive communications with leadership and partners through the project and provide timely activity status and escalate as needed to ensure successful campaign delivery. What You’ll Bring | Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience. 5+ years direct to consumer marketing experience in email campaign management or a related role. Experience with MarTech solutions such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud/AdobeCampaign/Oracle Responsys/Braze/Epsilon etc. is required. Experience with Customer Data Platforms is preferred. Strong SQL skills, including experience with writing and optimizing SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions is required. Experience working with AWS Redshift/Snowflake/Teradata or similar tools is required. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python/Ampscript is preferred. Hands on experience in building and deployment of marketing and transactional email campaigns is required. Understanding of deliverability concepts and knowledge of CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other email marketing regulations is preferred. Strong attention to detail and expertise in managing and prioritizing multiple projects/campaigns in a fast-paced, nimble yet deadline-driven environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and comfortable distilling data into insights/optimization opportunities. We take into consideration an individual’s skills, background, and experience in determining final salary. Base pay information is based on market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable.
