CRM Campaign Manager, Gateshead
We are looking for innovative and highly-driven manager to take CRM retail campaigns to the next level. As a CRM manager (retail) you will be the driving force behind the effectiveness of our blast retail campaigns. You will collaborate with the Retail team to develop and implement successful CRM strategies that achieve business objectives.
This role is suited to someone who can be agile and reactive to business requirements whilst maintaining accountability for agreed SLA’s. As a CRM Manager you will be expected to assess requests based on business impact and stakeholder requirements in order to effectively prioritise.
You should be data-driven, providing actionable insight and performance improvements to optimise customer engagement and retention. Excellent organisational and communication skills are paramount to ensuring collaborative working. You are expected to have a passion for CRM and stay on top of industry trends.
This is a full time role working Monday - Friday with hybrid working available with a salary of £35,000.
Accountable For:
Ownership of developing and delivering CRM retail campaigns to meet business requirements whilst optimising customer engagement. Analysing customer data, leading segmentation and targeting strategies. Measurement of the effectiveness of CRM campaigns - utilising A/B split tests, drawing actionable insight and sharing learnings with the team. Identify opportunities to execute personalised marketing at scale, leveraging MarTech functionalities. Working collaboratively with other departments to ensure automated journeys achieve company objectives. Supporting the CRM functions in all areas; Automation and Data. Stay up to date on industry trends, working closely with the Design Studio to optimise email engagement. Develop clear documentation, change and best practise processes.Your Impact:
