YOUR NEW ROLE
The CRM Campaign Specialist will be responsible for building and deploying marketing email, push, and in-app campaigns for both HBO Max and discovery+. S/he is a CRM operations professional who is detail-oriented, truly passionate about CRM, and has excellent campaign management skills.
YOUR ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
End-to-end campaign management, including:Recommend best practice for audience segmentation and set up method to launch a successful marketing program or campaignBuilding ad-hoc and automated campaigns within the Braze and/or Blueshift platformsRouting campaign builds through necessary stakeholdersTracking campaign status and scheduling on the project boardDeploying campaigns in Braze and/or BlueshiftPartner closely with stakeholders from marketing strategy to fulfill strategic objectivesPartner closely with creative, MarTech, and legal to fulfill campaign requests.QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Min. 2 years of experience in CRM operations including audience segmentation, and working with email and push channels; in-app messaging or further channel experiences are a plusExperience working with enterprise-level ESP tools; Braze or Salesforce experience is preferred but not requiredBasic knowledge of lifecycle marketing, and email or push channels best practicesExperience in managing projects through Monday.com, Asana, JIRA or a similar platform experience is preferred but not requiredAbility to liaise with creative, marketing and business teamsStrong team focus with outstanding organizational and time management skillsFluency writing and speaking in English is requiredMust be able to organize, prioritize and schedule a high workload efficientlyHow We Get Things Done…
