CRM Communications Lead - Salesforce (Remote)

Job Description Summary: This role will maximize the investments the business makes in commercial systems, most notably in Salesforce/CRM tools. They will drive enablement of service and field service business processes within our current and expanding commercial systems. They will forge strong partnerships both inside and outside the organization, and develop engaging communication strategies to both focused and wide audiences.

The CRM Marketing & Communications Lead will be a key member of Stryker Endoscopy's Commercial Systems Team. This individual will:

System Innovation and StrategyIdentify underutilized or emerging system capabilities that align with service business strategiesStay informed on system upgrades, new features, and industry best practices to drive continuous innovationAct as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT to ensure system enhancements align with user needsLeverage analytics to measure the impact of service system enhancements Communication and Engagement StrategyGenerate excitement around innovation efforts by leveraging storytelling, success stories, and testimonialsCollaborate with team and stakeholders to create training materials and communication to support technology adoptionActively engage in research, forums, and professional communities to share insights and best practicesDevelop clear, engaging, and visually compelling communication for internal teams to drive awareness and adoption of system enhancementsUse data-driven insights to refine communication strategies and training initiativeStakeholder Alignment and ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with service, IT, and commercial operations teams to align system capabilities with business needsAct as a trusted advisor to internal service partners, providing guidance on technology enablement and workflow improvementsAdvocate for user experience enhancements, ensuring tools and processes meet the needs of service teams and customersWork collaboratively with internal Commercial System team, IT and external vendors to scope, test, and deploy new service-related features and system improvementProject ManagementManage the Commercial Systems team’s service and field service projectsDrive change management efforts

What you will need (required)

Bachelor's Degree4+ years of work experience experience

*$77,200 - $160,800 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.*

Travel Percentage: 20%
