CRM (Constituent Relationship Management) Solutions Manager

We are currently in search of a CRM (Constituent Relationship Management) Solutions Manager to join our Information Technology team!  The CRM (Constituent Relationship Management) Solutions Manager is a leader who sets the technical vision for various platforms, partners with the business clients on strategic direction and manages the day-to-day operations of our associated platforms. This position is also responsible for overseeing the effective use and management of the Blackbaud CRM system currently used by Feed the Children. This position ensures that the Blackbaud CRM system is effectively utilized to support the organization’s fundraising, communication, and operational objectives.  This position will report directly to the Vice President of Fundraising Solutions.

NOTE:  This position will work from our corporate office in Oklahoma City, OK with a hybrid schedule available.

Job Requirements:

Education

Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, information systems or a related field preferred

Experience

5+ years of experience working with the Blackbaud CRM SDK

5+ years of relatable experience in application programming and API development (direct or indirectly responsible)

Demonstrated experience in a leadership role with direct or indirect supervisory or coaching experience

Deep understanding of Blackbaud CRM, BBIS, and Sky API functionality and ability to apply best practices to non-profit fundraising and engagement

Progressive and broad knowledge of fundraising and engagement best practices and how to integrate technology to co-developed strategies.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex business needs and propose technology-driven solutions.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate complex subjects in a concise, clear and non-technical way to other departments and stakeholders.

Ability to work collaboratively with other teams, always projecting a positive outlook in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment.

Essential Functions:

System Administration: Collaboration with the CRM System Admin, Data Factory staff, CRM Developer, and IT Operations on user accounts, permissions, and security settings to ensure data integrity and compliance.

Data Management: Collaboration with the CRM Team and User SMEs on data entry, data quality, and data integration processes to maintain accurate and up-to-date information.

Training and Support: Establish and participate in training to staff on how to use the CRM system effectively and offering ongoing support to resolve any issues.

Customization and Configuration: Customize the CRM system to meet the specific needs of the organization, including setting up workflows, reports, and dashboards.

Project Management: Lead CRM-related projects, such as system upgrades, new feature implementations, and integrations with other systems.

Performance Monitoring: Monitor system performance and usage to identify areas for improvement and ensure optimal operation.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with fundraising, donor relations, marketing and communications, and other departments to achieve shared objectives including adapting communication style, timing, and content to audiences in order to effectively convey complex technical messages.

Lead strategy, planning, development, release and operations of Feed the Children CRM related applications and data integration services

Support daily operational issues that may arise, including but not limited to process failures, duplicate posting of transactions, data issues, and other issues that occur nightly or daily.

Oversee direct staff who have full-service ownership responsibility for various CRM functions within Applications.

Coach and manage staff level resources, is responsible for vendor relationship management and the implementation of efficient business processes, aligning with industry best practices.

Partner with stakeholders to develop solutions to address their needs, and to set priorities and time frames for support and maintenance; ensure open and effective communication between the various application teams and stakeholders.

Lead strategy, planning, development, release and operations of company-wide applications and data integration services.

Perform the critical role of service owner or oversee the service management for CRM related applications.

Lead the implementation of software development and support best practices, providing leadership and team building actions, fostering collaboration with other areas of IT and business areas, assessment and implementation of vendor packaged solutions.

identify, implement, and drive the adoption of new technologies that enhance fundraising and donor engagement processes in a centralized fundraising organization.

Lead and manage complex technology projects while allocating resources efficiently and managing stakeholder engagement and expectations.

Lead the CRM systems team (developers and analysts) including hiring, daily oversight, performance management and career development, and mentoring for professional staff.

Contribute to and execute a technology strategy aligned with Feed the Children’s fundraising and donor engagement goals.

Refine, enhance, and maintain a robust data architecture to support fundraising, donor relations, and constituent relationship management while implementing custom applications and integrations.

Lead the enterprise integration strategy for CRM Systems to maximize efficiency and connectedness for end-users

Ensure the stability, performance, and security of fundraising and donor engagement systems.

Work with leaders to plan, develop, implement, and support new or existing online and digital strategies.

Work with business units to ensure online data capture is optimized within the CRM environment and that our CRM resources are leveraged for maximum efficacy.

Develop and manage data connections from web-based solutions to support Development and Donor Relations strategies for the engagement of prospects, donors, and other constituencies.

Maintain regular attendance and punctuality which are critical in order to complete the day-to-day tasks of this position.
