CRM Consultant
Position Description:

Become a solid source of information in your area of expertise. This would include having significant to expert knowledge in two or more of the Dynamics functional skills that may include but are not limited to: Financials General Ledger Liquidity Management (Bank Management) Fund Accounting Accounts Receivable Accounts Payable Fixed Assets Expense Management.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Supply Chain Management Inventory control Sales order processing Purchase order processing Warehouse management Production Material Requirements Planning (MRP) Lean Manufacturing Product builder (product configurator) Quality control.
• Project and Service Project accounting Professional services automation Service management Service subscriptions.
• CRM Sales Customer Service Field Service Project Service Automation Marketing Human Capital Management Organization and employee information Recruitment Employee development Training course management Absence management Compensation modelling Payroll Benefits Questionnaire.
• Act as a liaison between the IT Development group and business units for the development, implementation, and maintenance of new systems and/or enhancements of existing systems.
• Evaluate new applications and identify systems requirements.
• Evaluate new IT developments and evolving business requirements, and recommends appropriate systems alternatives and/or enhancements to current system.
• Create documentation and white papers that will be used in case studies and training sessions for the customer and junior members.
• Create knowledge articles based on knowledge acquired during transition and operational support activities and ensure that knowledge articles are up to date and complete.
• Conducts a wide range of quality control tests and analyses to ensure that software meets or exceeds specified standards and end-user requirements.
• Produce a detailed functional specification for custom development and systems integrations requirements and assist development teams in shaping the solution to meet the requirement of the customer.
• Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to his teams knowledge and experiences.
• Participate in project meetings with the customer as required.
• Communicate with client professionally either through phone or e-mail.
• Participate in the knowledge acquisition and transfer activities during transition and ensure all activities/deliverables required are fulfilled as required by the Transition Manager according to the timelines set.
• Ensure awareness of all the functional aspects of the different applications and components including operational procedures and known issues during transition
• Perform below activities as part of Testing work as required by the project: Create test plan/test scripts cases Create test data files with valid and invalid records to thoroughly test program logic and verify system flow; Execute Test Plans and scripts to ensure alignment with standards and IT strategy; Coordinate with users to plan user acceptance testing, alpha and beta testing; Ensure that system tests are successfully completed and documented and all problems are resolved.
• Perform below activities as part of Application Support work as required by the project:
- Monitor ticket queues for incidents or requests assigned to the team Resolve issues involving the following functional areas: Finance, Supply Chain and Manufacturing, Sales and Marketing, Service Management, Field Services, Integrations and other third-party solutions.
- Able to meet or exceed agreed service level targets with the client in the Service Level Agreement (SLA)/project timelines in terms of: Incident Management Problem Management Service Requests Change Management
- Liaise with various experts in CGI s other operating units, Microsoft Support and other 3rd party application support in order to resolve functional issues.
- Provide on-call and weekend project support, if necessary, as well as work in shifting hours
• Progress reporting Update the project manager/project lead with the daily progress of tasks Escalate to the project manager/ project lead at the earliest, if there is a likelihood of not being able to meet the agreed SLAs or if a significant delay is expected in the schedule or effort overrun.
• Able to adapt and work on existing project processes and third-party applications.
• Contribute to obtaining higher client satisfaction scores.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• At least 1 year of experience in MS Dynamics CRM both Technical and Functional skills
• Excellent communication skills in English – both in spoken and written
• Demonstrates exceptional organizational skills (detail oriented)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work in a fast-paced multicultural environment
• Must be amenable to working onsite 2-3 days a week in McKinley, Taguig, on both mid and night shifts.
