**Job Description**
**Help us in shaping an outstanding CRM Contact and Interaction strategy to deliver user centric communication across our LEGO® Member and Shopper journeys!**
Join us for an exciting career as “CRM Contact Development Specialist” as part of the newly established Membership & Personalisation team within Market & Channels Global Marketing.
**Core Responsibilities**
+ Coordinate CRM messaging to align with the member journey and contact strategy, ensuring timely and engaging communication across LEGO channels.
+ Integrate the annual CRM contact calendar and operational guidelines into campaign plans and execution.
+ Design dynamic end-to-end member journeys in collaboration with Marketing & Channels, Product Marketing and Digital teams.
+ Enhance CRM & Membership marketing by managing consent and communication preferences to enrich customer journeys.
+ Collaborate with the Membership Performance team to define CRM audience development, segmentation and contact strategies.
+ Ensure seamless customer-centric messaging through cross-functional alignment.
+ Work with the CRM Hub and product teams to optimize communication and improve efficiency through automation.
+ Set and track CRM contact and interaction metrics for reporting and assessment.

**Do you have what it takes?**
+ Experienced in CRM, focusing on contact strategy and processes that deliver customer value and strong results.
+ Proven ability to design and implement CRM journeys and personalized communication at scale across multiple channels.
+ Skilled in using CRM tools and technology for creating customer communication and end-to-end journeys.
+ Experienced in building support and collaboration within a global company, including working with product and tech teams.
+ Strong problem-solving and communication skills, both written and oral.
+ Able to convey clear recommendations backed by solid analysis.
+ Experience in a global, multicultural manufacturing company with a complex channel mix (D2C and B2B).
