What you’ll do  In this role, you will Acquisition campaign coordination. Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling email and SMS campaigns focused on acquiring new customers. Ensure all campaign details are aligned and deployed on time, driving key KPIs through A/B testing, targeted segmentation, and personalized content.

Lead nurturing and re-engagement. Maintain and optimize automated workflows to nurture prospects through the acquisition funnel and execute re-engagement campaigns for dormant users.Audience segmentation and personalization. Use CRM data to segment audiences and deliver highly targeted acquisition campaigns tailored to specific customer personas.A/B testing. Conduct A/B tests on acquisition campaigns to optimize subject lines, calls-to-action, and offers for maximum engagement and conversions.

Campaign adjustments and performance optimization. Implement adjustments to campaigns based on feedback and basic performance metrics and trends.

Cross-functional collaboration. Partner with Creative, Product, Legal, and Customer Service teams to align messaging, ensure compliance, and support strategic objectives.CRM integration with third-party sources. Ensure seamless integration of CRM tools with acquisition sources, such as landing pages, lead forms, and advertising platforms, to capture and manage leads effectively.

Resource management. Organize and maintain the team’s shared Google Drive, ensuring all email templates, assets, and tracking documents are up-to-date and accessible. Follow style guides AND processes. Ensure consistency in communication by developing and maintaining style guides and best practice documentation.

Compliance and best practices. Maintain alignment with data privacy regulations and CRM best practices to ensure ethical and effective data use.

About you

We’re seeking a detail-oriented CRM Coordinator to develop and optimize acquisition-focused email and SMS campaigns using CRM tools like HubSpot. Driven by empathy and a commitment to helping others, you’ll help drive customer engagement and lead generation through personalized marketing communications that support immigrants throughout their journey. With experience in email marketing, SMS, automations, and analytics, you excel at crafting targeted campaigns, analyzing data, and optimizing workflows to enhance conversions. Organized and collaborative, you align CRM strategies with broader acquisition goals while embodying Boundless’s mission to empower immigrant families.

Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Experience: 3+ years of demonstrated experience in an email marketing environment  Skills: Proficiency in CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) with experience in campaign management, segmentation, A/B testing, and automation workflows. Familiarity with acquisition-focused tools like lead forms, landing pages, and advertising platform integrations. Excellent English language skills, with clear and professional writing suitable for customer interactions and internal documentation. Proficient in using spreadsheets (Google Sheets, Excel) to update tracking metrics, including open rates and click-through rates, and assist in basic performance analysis. High levels of creativity, resourcefulness, and adaptability. Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects. Strong organizational skills with experience managing digital resources in Google Drive, maintaining updated and accessible content for team use. Ability to effectively communicate and work with stakeholders across teams, including Creative, Product, Legal, and Customer Service, to align on goals and deliver results Meticulous in following style guides, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with brand voice across all communications. Ability to recognize trends in campaign data and support team efforts to make adjustments that enhance engagement. Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and best practices for customer communication.

Location

Seattle. 2 days/week in-office. 

Compensation

Compensation for this role includes both cash and equity. The starting base salary for this position is typically $70,000-$74,000.  Total compensation offered for this role will be dependent on the candidate's experience, qualifications, skills and abilities as demonstrated in the interview and hiring process.
