In this role, you will Retention email and SMS campaign coordination: Assist in the planning, creation, and scheduling of email and SMS campaigns focused on nurturing existing customers to enhance customer lifetime value, ensuring all details are aligned and campaigns are deployed on time. Automated workflow support. Partner with Customer Communications Specialist and Sales team to maintain and optimize automated workflows to nurture existing customers through the retention funnel with targeted messaging.Audience segmentation. Use CRM tools and data to segment audiences and deliver highly targeted retention campaigns tailored to specific customer personas.A/B testing. Conduct A/B tests on retention campaigns to optimize subject lines, calls-to-action, and offers for maximum engagement and conversions. Campaign adjustments: Support the team in implementing adjustments to campaigns based on feedback and basic performance trends. Performance tracking: Update tracking spreadsheets and record key metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates), to identify trends, measure campaign success, and provide actionable insights to the team. Feedback integration. Collaborate with Customer Communications Specialist and Customer Support teams to incorporate feedback into retention campaigns and identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. Follow style guides + processes: Ensure consistency in communication by developing and maintaining style guides and best practice documentation. Compliance and best practices. Maintain alignment with data privacy regulations and CRM best practices to ensure ethical and effective data use. About youWe’re seeking a detail-oriented CRM Coordinator with expertise in retention email campaigns and CRM tools like HubSpot. Driven by empathy and a commitment to helping others, you excel at crafting targeted campaigns, analyzing data, and optimizing workflows to drive lead generation and conversions. Organized and collaborative, you align CRM strategies with broader retention goals while supporting Boundless’s mission to empower immigrant families.
Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Experience: 3+ years of demonstrated experience in an email marketing environment. Skills: Proficiency in CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) with experience in campaign management, segmentation, A/B testing, and automation workflows. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret retention-specific metrics (e.g., customer lifetime value, re-engagement rates) and generate actionable insights. Excellent English language skills, with clear and professional writing suitable for customer interactions and internal documentation. Experience in developing personalized email campaigns to support customer loyalty. Proficient in using spreadsheets (Google Sheets, Excel) to update tracking metrics, including open rates and click-through rates, and assist in basic performance analysis. High levels of creativity, resourcefulness, and adaptability. Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects. Strong organizational skills with experience managing digital resources in Google Drive, maintaining updated and accessible content for team use. Meticulous in following style guides, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with brand voice across all communications. Ability to recognize trends in campaign data and support team efforts to make adjustments that enhance engagement. Proven ability to work effectively in a hybrid, cross-functional environment, supporting team members across different time zones. Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and best practices for customer communication. Preferred Skills: Experience with loyalty programs or customer engagement strategies. Familiarity with tools or platforms that measure customer lifetime value (CLV) or net promoter score (NPS). CompensationCompensation for this role includes both cash and equity. The starting base salary for this position is typically $70,000-$74,000. Total compensation offered for this role will be dependent on the candidate's experience, qualifications, skills and abilities as demonstrated in the interview and hiring process.
