Learfield Amplify is actively seeking a CRM Coordinator to work for Virginia Tech's ticket sales team alongside the Data Analyst in Blacksburg, VA. Our highly valued CRM Coordinator is a critical piece of our puzzle; without their contributions, the property could not deliver on its commitments – including facilitating the school’s outreach while maximizing revenue generation for the University. Specifically, the CRM Coordinator will work with a vast array of data including, but not limited to, Donation transactions, Ticketing transactions, Scan Rates, and Consumer Profiles – including a state-of-the-art Fanbase platform for advanced fan insights. Responsibilities:
Helping to manage the Salesforce CRM platform used by VT Athletics which includes assisting with the day-to-day management of data cleansing, data entry accuracy, validation, and data integrity.Assisting with lead generation and routing prospective leads for campaigns to the appropriate team members.Co-creating VT’s custom dashboards and reports to highlight VT’s customer demographics and transactions.Generating additional lists, segments, and reports as needed to assist in managing the data warehouse – a platform to store and model data so that it can bidirectionally flow to other platforms in a clean manner.Strategizing and providing support for data initiatives and projects to meet the needs of VT Athletics.Working through data analysis alongside the analyst at VT.Will be directly involved in deciding consumer marketing strategy.Will directly assist in leveraging automation capabilities between marketing software and CRM software.Complete additional projects as needed.Qualifications:
