CRM & Data Analyst

Syngenta Poland is seeking a skilled and experienced CRM & Data Analyst to join our Commercial Excellence team.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing our customer relationship management (CRM) systems and analyzing customer data to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead strategic and operational aspects of CRM initiativesAnalyze complex data sets to derive actionable insightsSupport sales team performance through commercial strategiesMonitor and report on commercial activitiesEnsure data quality and accuracyManage customer data collection, storage, and governanceCreate and implement analytical frameworks
Qualifications

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Force Effectiveness or CRM project managementBachelor's degree in Business/Finance/IT/Statistics or related field (Master's degree preferred)Strong analytical skills and attention to detailProficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPointExperience working with CRM teams, developers, and sales teams
