About the Role:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Entry-Level Data Ingestion Associate to support our CRM Data Analyst and the broader Revenue Operations team. This tactical support role will help execute our data strategy by managing data ingestion processes, bulk updating Salesforce records, and ensuring data integrity. You’ll play a key role in maintaining accurate account and contact records, supporting sales efforts with clean and actionable data.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with daily data ingestion, including appending, deduping, and merging records in Salesforce.Support data integrity initiatives by conducting audits and cleansing exercises.Help maintain the account data hierarchy to align with business needs and product delivery.Process bulk data updates using tools like Openprise, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and Demand Tools.Standardize templates and processes for bulk data ingestion to improve efficiency.Track and report on data quality improvements and key segmentation metrics.Provide tactical support to sales teams by researching and enriching prospect and customer records.Assist in monitoring prospect movements and adding key contacts to improve sales outreach.Follow data governance best practices to ensure CRM data is accurate and actionable.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.Proven experience with Excel (data sorting, filtering, basic formulas); knowledge of data tools like Demand Tools or Openprise is a bonus.Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn new tools and technologies.Why Join Us?
