Responsibilities Include: Develop, implement and maintain effective email, push, and SMS marketing strategies focused on promotional, transactional, and targeted trigger campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle. Lead A/B testing for all campaigns to improve efficiency, deliverability, and customer engagement. Provide analysis and implement changes as needed. Maintain and regularly update the audience communication marketing calendar, including email and SMS content. Adapt to changing opportunities and priorities as needed. Collaborate closely with Design and Content teams to produce materials and email templates that align with our brand's aesthetic and messaging objectives. Create and manage automated customer journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, such as welcome series, appreciation emails, re-engagement campaigns, and browse abandonment strategies. Regularly analyze campaign performance and customer engagement metrics to inform future strategies. Experience with data analysis tools and metrics interpretation is often vital in such roles. Develop segmentation strategies to personalize communication based on patient demographics, behavior, and preferences. Work collaboratively sales, growth and IT teams to communicate strategy, align on priorities and create campaigns Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in leading CRM transformation and change management initiatives, especially in implementing new commercial processes and fostering the adoption of CRM tools across sales, marketing, and customer service departments. Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce.com. Salesforce.com administration certification is highly desirable. Knowledge of AMPScript, SQL and Journey Builder a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B CRM/Automation, preferably in lifecycle marketing, within a healthcare or related field.
