CRM Engagement Specialist

At Wellspect, we are building a new Global Commercial Operations office, where we strive to drive commercial success across all our subsidiaries through customer engagement programs, business intelligence and commercial excellence programs. This is where you will play an important role collaborating with various departments to ensure that the CRM system meets the evolving needs of the business while driving user engagement and adoption. You will be responsible for the adoption and support of our Salesforce platform focusing on user training and subsidiaries support.

What are we expecting from you?
You have a proactive approach and work in close relationship with our commercial teams and management. Strong customer orientation and commercial mindset is important attributes. To succeed in the role, you will need strong communication skills, organization skills and the ability to prioritize.
Responsibilities:
User Support and Training: Provide comprehensive support to end-users, developing and conducting training sessions to enhance user adoption and proficiency. Market Engagement: Leads market communication about everything Saleforce. Communicates and creates engagement around the upcoming launches Local Support: Act as the primary point of contact for system users, offering timely assistance and troubleshooting to resolve user issues. Troubleshoot Salesforce issues. This includes identifying and resolving problems with Salesforce data, functionality, and performance. Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide ongoing support for Salesforce-related initiatives. Reporting and Analytics: Create and manage custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for business decision-making. Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to continually improve the system. First level of SF support experience.Background / Requirements:
Technical or Computer Sciences background or demonstrated experience in CRM management/administration. Certificate as Salesforce Administrator. Some years’ experience in similar positions. Strong understanding of Salesforce.com features, capabilities, and best practices. Great problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong IT skills. Proven record in CRM adoption and engagement initiatives. English + French or German preferably
