CRM Executive (12 month FTC)

As a CRM Executive, you will be a part of SME UK’s creative and strategic hub called 4th Floor Creative, we amplify the artist vision and develop their stories on a global scale. The CRM team are responsible for spearheading the development of artist audiences through owned media by connecting with labels’ digital marketing teams to plan, create and execute CRM initiatives.

CRM revolves around developing the 360° view of the fan - a strategic initiative to capture and compile fans’ demographic, transactional and behavioral data from multiple touch points, and then use that information for hyper-targeted and personalised messaging in the pursuit of the best possible fan experience.

What you'll do: Work with all labels to strategise, build and manage the artist’s owned audiences. Use Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Moveable Ink and proprietary  Sony CRM tools to build and develop campaigns. Create digital mechanics (e.g. prize draw entry forms, sign-up forms and pre-saves) and set up automated messaging workflows all in accordance with GDPR and data protection legislations. Regularly lead meetings with labels and other teams within the business to promote collaboration and build relationships. Provide ideas and strategies to labels for upcoming high-profile releases, be a constant driving force for ensuring CRM is connected to overall marketing campaigns. Closely work alongside e-commerce team ‘Ceremony of Roses’ to drive physical and merchandise sales. Collaborate with our Business Affairs/Legal team to manage the process of onboarding and offboarding artists. Contribute to improved ways of working and presenting successes to the wider business.   Who you are: You have minimum of 2 years’ experience working in the CRM world. You are energetic and have a passion for learning and working in a fast-paced environment. You are a keen problem solver who values attention to detail and has an organised agile working style. You are an enthusiastic collaborator that works well with team members and key stakeholders. You have a clear passion and enthusiasm for music and the industry
