A CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Executive is responsible for managing and improving the relationship between a business and its customers. This role involves implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.

Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities
Scheduling of business appointments with client base/book Achieve individual targets Maintain existing business Identify & grow client base and revenue through selling of additional supply chain products Establish customer needs, developing opportunities and grow customer base Update call and Sales Force reports Prepare and present proposals and presentations to clients Effectively and efficiently deal with client queries Identify and escalate possible threats to existing business Job Responsibilities - Experience and EducationMinimum Requirements
