As a student CRM Functional Tester, you’ll actively contribute to project development by creating and executing test cases, detecting, and reporting defects, and ensuring software quality standards. You’ll participate in sprint activities, contribute to automation discussions, and identify scenarios for automation. You’ll also be involved in test plan creation and review, ensuring that the test objectives, scope, and approach are aligned with the project requirements. Your role is essential for maintaining a high standard of quality throughout the agile development process.

Task and Responsibilities

Collaborate with the functional/business teams to understand the requirements and provide test scenarios.Create and execute test scripts for various business processes using the CRM system or platform.Identify and suggest automation opportunities. Create and manage the data required for executing test scenarios.Prepare and manage the data required for testing.Set up and run test scenarios.Report on the test results and progress.Capture test evidence following the quality guidelines.Record and track issues (defects) until they are resolved.Required Education, Experience and Knowledge/Skills

Education:

Actively working towards a university degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.

Experience:

Solid theoretical knowledge acquired through academic studies. A basic understanding of testing concepts and practices is preferred.

Technical Skills:

Proficient understanding of functional testing concepts. Familiarity with fundamental test management methods and processes. Basic proficiency in using test management tools such as HP ALM and JIRA. Developing knowledge of various business concepts in CRM. Capable of working in a sprint-based agile environment.

Non-Technical Skills:

Effective communication and collaboration skills in a multi-cultural environment, with the ability to work remotely with functional teams in Germany and the USA. Initiative-driven, with a clear understanding of the ultimate goal to be achieved. Strong team player with excellent collaborative abilities.

The offered remuneration is from 7€ gross / hour. Depending on experience + after incorporation possibility to increase.
