CRM Intern

 

Essential Function   
Supports the efforts of the CRM strategy team in targeted marketing (Email, Direct Mail, SMS, Call campaign) initiatives. Supports the submission of tasks to CRM development, proofing, QA, campaign updates and reporting. Pulls CRM campaigns and channel reporting.

(this position is Hybrid working 2 days a week in the SBH Texas Support Center)

Primary Duties   
50%   Create and update CRM campaigns requests in Monday.com. Ensures details of campaigns are recorded on internal schedules and all deadlines are met 
30%   Pull CRM campaigns and channel reporting to help track goals.
10%   Create decks with campaign and creative planned by the CRM team
10%   Assists team members  on special projects and ad-hoc requests

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities    
•   College degree – Marketing, Business, other related fields.
•   Entry level – No previous experience required
•   Proficient in Microsoft Office products specifically Word, Excel and Power Point

Working Conditions /Physical Requirements   Indicate the normal working environment i.e. office, store, warehouse, etc. as well as any physical requirements required to perform the job duties (lifting requirement, dexterity, etc).
The work environment involves everyday risks or discomforts which require normal safety precautions typical of such places as offices, meeting and training rooms, retail stores, and residences or commercial vehicles, e.g., use of safe work practices with office equipment, avoidance of trips and falls, observance of fire regulations and traffic signals, etc. The work area is adequately lighted, heated, and ventilated.
The work is sedentary. Typically, the employee may sit comfortably to do the work. However, there may be some walking; standing; bending; carrying of light items such as papers, files, books, small parts; using a keyboard, driving an automobile, etc. No special physical demands are required to perform the work.
