Job Purpose/Role:
 

As CRM Marketeer you are responsible for the implementation and steering of campaigns for existing customers & prospects, across all channels with a focus on outbound calling, email & website personalization.  
 

Your focus will be on email marketing, cross- and upselling and Customer Loyalty.
In addition to your immediate colleagues, we work with an international CRM squad to provide great service and result-driven campaigns.

 

We are customer obsessed and want to address the customer personally. You will help in the rollout of our strategy and know how to turn data into successful campaigns.

 

Key responsibilities:
 

Responsible for the planning, optimization and implementation of measures to increase customer loyalty customer satisfaction as well as up- and cross-selling within our CRM Tool Responsible for the planning, implementation, optimization and reporting of CRM campaigns Think in customer journeys and constantly drives optimization to ensure the best experience for our customers. Development and implementation of concepts to generate marketing consent from our customers Collaboration with our specialists from the Acquisition- and Brand Tribe to identify actions aimed at guaranteeing optimal sales relevant messages and general communication. Collaboration with other domains (e.g., Customer Service, Pricing & Product, Legal & Compliance) to verify the correctness of our communication and to select the most impactful content and methods for the various touchpoints Market and competition analysis, regarding campaigns and impacts on key business indicators

 

Qualifications/Key skills:
 

At least 3 years of work experience in / CRM  environment Good experience in the B2C CRM environment/data-driven marketing Ideally good knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud CRM Tool
  Studies: University degree (economics, with marketing specialization preferred) You have a flexible and open-minded attitude and can abide by tight deadlines and used to dealing with different interlocutors in an international context Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to communicate insights to drive business decisions Strong sense of cooperation and ability to work towards team success and willingness to challenge oneself and counterparties to strive for continuous improvement Experience in working within an international and agile environment is a plus Fluent in Italian and Business English, additional languages are nice to have
