Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Material Master Data
‐Transfer material data from global to local in align with the global master data management processes.
‐Check data consistency and quality in both systems according to the related standards.
‐Local setting of material master data assurance(e.g., Chinese description)
‐Handle errors together with responsible business functions if requires.
CRM Support
‐Daily CRM utilization basic support for Sales Team
‐Check data consistency and quality of CRM Pipeline
‐Transfer latest CRM function and update to Sales Team
‐Local setting and maintenance of CRM system based on organizational structure or business expansion
‐Identify pain point and new request from daily work, communicate with technical teams to upgrade
Reporting Management
‐Weekly/monthly regional sales performance analysis
‐CRM Pipeline analysis from support(e.g., segment, portfolio, region)
‐Analyze regional sales business from various dimension(e.g., segment, composition)
Dealer Registration
‐Dealer project approval in DRS to avoid conflict with direct sales team in individual project
‐Coordinate and manage projects between contract dealers
‐Check spot dealer project to avoid compliance risk
Other sales support
Work closely with regional sales & sales manager, support on sales opporutnities thru quotation and cost calculation.
Oversee the related business target achievement and make accurate monthly OR and Revenue forecast in relevant business.
Strictly follow the global export control policy for daily business. Ensure the process’ full compliance with export regulation at all aspects – documentation, website, company profile.
Act as the interface between sales and operation. Conduct all the sales activities to IQS standard in terms of performance and compliance , ensure policies, instructions and proper procedures are followed.
Manage SAP sales order and customer information database. Improve data accuracy with sales order (all types), from SAP order intake to the order delivery and billing.
Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
