Collecting data, analyze, & evaluate voice of customer end user and ensure the further process with department & branch company through mass medias
Control, develop, and implement the finalization activity process and report of the project and final data from service to end user strategy that implemented by voice of customer analysis data for ensure that the condition and development went well & in time
Create & evaluate company standard service blueprint of customer end user to satisfy customer needs or expectation consistently
Maintaining customer loyal by creating event & collaboration with LOB for programming
