Our client is seeking a CRM & Operations Specialist to power their agency's backend operations through expert management of HubSpot CRM and Asana systems. This role is vital for maintaining operational excellence, ensuring data integrity, and supporting the team with efficient project management and process optimization. The ideal candidate will focus on backend operations rather than client-facing responsibilities.

Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseRequired:\nProven HubSpot CRM expertise (required)\nDemonstrated Asana proficiency (required)\nStrong data management experience\nResearch and analysis capabilities\nProcess improvement background\nBasic design skills (Canva)\nWFH Set-Up:\nComputer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.\nInternet speed of at least 40MBPS\nHeadset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam\nBack-up computer and internet connection\nQuiet, dedicated workspace at home\n\n\nYour Superpowers:\n
