**Please note:** The position will be based in our London HUB and will follow a hybrid working model with 3 days in the office and up to 2 days working remotely. Relocation support is not offered.
**Core Responsibilities**
+ Assist the Senior Manager in developing a highly efficient CRM operating model that boosts team productivity, accountability, and collaboration.
+ Map and share the end-to-end campaign operations process with colleagues, ensuring they meet service level agreements.
+ Lead annual planning, budgeting, and demand allocation for the LEGO CRM Hub to achieve goals and objectives.
+ Drive operational excellence in executing, managing, and optimizing CRM campaigns across all LEGO branded channels.
+ Support clear roles, responsibilities, and workflows for the CRM Hub team to maximize resource utilization and streamline campaign delivery.
+ Assist in localizing CRM communications.
+ Maintain the CRM Hub operational roadmap, prioritizing and updating requirements for product, digital, and data partners, and collaborate with Product and Technology teams to optimize tooling.
+ Lead the CRM capability framework for the LEGO CRM Hub and drive innovation in CRM techniques.

In this exciting global role, you will manage the demand and allocation of CRM briefs and resources to ensure smooth operations, while contributing to the development of an effective and efficient CRM operating model.
**Do you have what it takes?**
+ Experience in CRM operations, focusing on system management and process improvement.
+ Proficient in CRM software, preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
+ Strong project management skills and effective cross-team collaboration.
+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
+ Exceptional communication abilities.
+ Experience in analysing and reporting on campaign effectiveness.
+ Familiarity with reporting tools like Tableau and Power BI.
+ Experience working in an Agile environment.
