Job Title CRM Program Coordinator Agency Texas A&M University Department Mba Program Office Proposed Minimum Salary $3,750.00 monthly Job Location College Station, Texas Job Type Staff Job Description What we want The Program Coordinator of the Graduate Programs Office in Mays Business School, will maintain/support database accuracy and integrity, offering technical support for Salesforce, creating and documenting standard operating procedures, implementing and enforcing data security protocols, and assisting with strategic team development and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have Bachelor's degree, over 2 years of administrative, program or database experience, k nowledge of Texas A&M University systems and regulations, CRM experience, and knowledge of one or more of the following: Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript, HTML, CSS and SOQL/SOSL. Essential Duties/Tasks + Database Maintenance - Serves as the Salesforce representative, overseeing assigned constituents. Acts as the liaison between end-users and technical support groups to facilitate constituent needs. Completes all work requests timely. Works with Mays Marketing to provide Salesforce communications support. + CRM Support - Creates forms, portals, populations, fields, prompts, event templates, and automations, as needed. Participates in annual cycle prep for multiple programs. Follows established procedures in building Salesforce components. + Data Security - Handles activities related to the security of data maintained in the Salesforce CRM Database. Adheres to security protocols and access standards and criteria. + Training & Professional Development - Serves on office search and planning committees. May develop and update training materials and deliver training sessions. Attends and participates in meetings and discussions for the innovation and improvement of the CRM. Qualifications Required Education and Experience + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience . + 2 years of administrative, program, customer service, database, or related experience. Preferred Qualifications + Master’s degree + Knowledge or experience in information systems + Previous CRM experience + Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript, HTML, CSS and SOQL/SOSL + Ability to function in a deadline-driven environment with multiple projects simultaneously. + Knowledge of Texas A&M University systems and regulations Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities + Demonstrate a commitment to collaboration and cooperation with multiple program leaders. + Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to conceptualize, organize, and provide constructive feedback to leadership. + Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively and assist in planning, installing, and utilizing various software platforms. + A solid understanding of data management concepts—such as relational databases, data security, data governance, and database maintenance—is essential. + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, along with strong verbal and written communication skills Other Requirements and Factors + This position is located in College Station, requires occasional travel, including travel to work at our CityCentre- Houston location. + This position may require work beyond normal office hours and/or work on weekends What you need to know Salary : $45,000 Cover Letter/Resume : A cover letter and resume will assist us in our review of your application materials.
