**Job Description Summary** We are seeking a highly experienced Siebel CRM and Service Max Migration Specialist with deep domain knowledge of Siebel, ServiceMax (SMAX), and GE Healthcare (GEHC) business processes and procedures, specifically within a parts and service environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical, functional, and industry-specific expertise in both Siebel CRM and ServiceMax, to facilitate a seamless and optimized transition from Siebel to ServiceMax. This role is integral to our migration project and involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful data migration, system integration, process optimization, and compliance with GEHC standards. This is a hybrid role for the Pewaukee WI site (GE HealthCare Institute) that will require work onsite and will also allow for flexibility to work from home. Unlock your ambition, turn ideas into world-changing realities, and join an organization where every voice makes a difference, and every difference builds a healthier world. **Job Description** **Key Responsibilities:** + Lead and manage the Siebel to Salesforce migration project, leveraging deep understanding of GEHC's service and parts business. + Analyze and map Siebel CRM data models to Salesforce, ensuring compatibility with existing SMAX, SIMS, and GLPROD integrations within the GEHC ecosystem. + Develop and implement data migration strategies that preserve data integrity and meet GEHC's compliance requirements. + Collaborate with stakeholders to refine functional requirements and optimize business processes, incorporating best practices from both Siebel and ServiceMax, while aligning with GEHC's established workflows and ServiceMax functionality. + Troubleshoot and resolve complex migration-related issues, utilizing expertise in Siebel, Salesforce, and related GEHC systems. + Hands-on development in SeviceMax, utilizing Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other relevant technologies to customize the platform to meet GEHC's specific needs. + Develop and deliver ServiceMax training and support to end-users, tailored to GEHC's processes and procedures. + Thoroughly document migration processes, configurations, and integrations, adhering to GEHC's documentation standards. + Leverage PriceX experience to effectively migrate parts pricing data and logic to Salesforce or a compatible pricing platform. **Required Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. + 10+ years of experience in Siebel CRM and Salesforce administration and development, including at least 10 years’ experience working with Siebel and ServiceMax within a GE Healthcare or similar highly regulated environment. + Deep domain expertise in CRM concepts, data structures, and integration methodologies, especially within the medical device or healthcare industry. + Extensive knowledge of GEHC's business processes and procedures, particularly related to service management, parts management, field service operations and Commercial Operations. + Proficient in data migration tools and techniques, with experience in handling large and complex datasets while adhering to strict data governance policies (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.). + Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. + Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. + Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Developer). + Siebel Certified Consultant. + Experience with middleware and integration platforms, including those commonly used within GEHC's IT infrastructure. + Demonstrated experience with ServiceMax (SMAX) and its integration with Siebel, Salesforce, and other ERP Systems. + Hands-on experience with PriceX or similar pricing tools, specifically related to parts pricing and configuration. + Experience with other business systems relevant to GEHC, such as SIMS, GLPROD, ServiceNow, Apttus and myGEHC App. + Familiarity with GEHC's quality management system (QMS) and its impact on CRM processes or similar highly regulated environment.
