Requires:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Expertise in MS Office Professional product suite, MS Project, MS Visio
• Expertise in MS SharePoint to include site development
• Experience as a program coordinator
• Experience developing and documenting business processes and procedures including development of process flows and narratives and facilitating requirements definition work sessions
• Experience working across organizational boundaries and with diverse stakeholders.
Preferred:
• Experience with one or more CRM tools (MS Dynamics preferred)
• Familiarity with CRM concepts in a context similar to VITA (i.e., our primary customers are entities such as state agencies, not individuals) is strongly preferred
