**Location:** This position is based in our Copenhagen office, with a hybrid working model of 3 days in-office and 2 days remote. Please note that relocation support is not provided.
**Core Responsibilities**
As a CRM Proposition & Campaign Specialist, you'll assist the Senior Manager in crafting and implementing innovative CRM strategies to boost customer engagement and drive growth.
+ Plan and optimise CRM push campaigns across channels, identifying personalisation opportunities to meet business goals.
+ Collaborate with Membership & Personalisation, LEGO Retail and partners to align CRM strategies with business objectives.
+ Analyse customer data and campaign performance to identify trends and improve CRM strategies.
+ Work with performance and data teams to create and present campaign performance reports and insights.
+ Develop personalisation strategies for targeted LEGO campaigns to increase relevance and impact.
+ Partner with the LEGO CRM Hub to co-create compelling content and campaigns that drive shopper demand and commercial success.

This role supports cross-functional CRM propositions to engage adult shoppers, fans, and members across LEGO channels and partners. You'll use data-driven insights for personalisation, enhancing relevance and reach, while boosting Customer Lifetime Value. Gather insights to aid campaign planning and push CRM strategy development. Join the ambitious Membership & Personalisation team in Markets & Channels, reporting to the Director of CRM Proposition & Personalisation.

**We are looking for a candidate who has:**
+ Experience in CRM, marketing, or equivalent roles within retail
+ Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce, focusing on personalisation and commercial impact
+ Skilled in data analysis tools such as Power BI and Adobe Analytics, with a background in digital marketing strategies
+ Strong ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights
+ Excellent project management, driving projects with attention to detail
+ Effective communication and collaboration skills, excelling in building strong relationships
