Job Description SummaryThis position will power a data informed approach to market segmentation, new customer targeting, customer expansion opportunities and campaign measurement. With a keen eye and meticulous attention to detail, the role will support C&W Services’ expansion into new markets as well as its relentless focus on driving move value for its existing clients. Responsibilities

Clearly communicate insights and recommendations to the team backed by data Help define subsets of the total addressable market where C&W Services has a higher likelihood of winning businessCollaborate with the Business Development organization and deliver a win/loss analysis to ensure target alignmentWork with the Operations teams to identify opportunities for revenue and margin expansion and retention within our existing base of clientsSupport marketing & CRM campaigns with audience definition and list operations for outbound marketing campaigns that deliver against revenue-driving goalsWork with the Marketing team to analyze and report on campaign results and user behavior to identify opportunities to improve targeting and engagementCollaborate with the Solutions team to align target markets with a solutions-view on feasibility with a goal of helping the team identify opportunities for new or enhanced solutions and servicesPartner with the Technology team on predictive analytics, segmentation, and modelingContribute to ideation process with strategic insights, supporting the development of CRM tactics and revenue driving opportunities

Qualifications and Experience

3+ years of demonstrated success in a segmentation, business, and/or CRM analytics roleExperience working with SalesforceKnowledge of Python and SQL; HTML and CSS is a plusAnalytically minded strategic thinker who can proactively identify opportunities for growthCommitment to interpersonal effectivenessAbility to champion ideas and execute in an expedited time frame and to establish trust and maintain a collaborative spirit working cross-functionally in the organizationChampions diversity and creates an environment of inclusionPossesses a growth mindset and works with positive intentPromotes continuous improvement, embraces change and is a change agent

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.


The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $102,000.00 - $120,000.00
