The Federal Savings Bank is actively searching for a CRM Specialist to support our marketing operations nationally.


The CRM Specialist is responsible for overseeing all Customer Relationship Management software, logic, content, and reporting within our various CRM and CRM related systems.


This position is based in our Chicago (Logan Square) corporate office. Ideal candidates are able to work in-office part-time, however a remote workplace arrangement is allowed.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop & execute customer relationship management campaigns to increase borrower engagement, conversion, and loyaltyPrepare a set list of universal customer relationship procedures & apply them at every level of the companyAnalyze customer behavior and measure their impact on business outcomes to update strategiesMaintain smooth communication with stakeholders and customers and promptly reply to their queriesDivide customers into clusters and personalize the approach effectivelyRun effective promotional activities to optimize sales growth and customer retentionUse existing customer data to gain new leads and potential customersUnderstand previous customer attitudes to better engage current customersIdentify new and more cost-efficient communication channels with customersIdentify the most efficient customer interaction approaches & prioritize them accordinglyKeep customer updated about the latest collections & special offers in order to increase salesAdopt new trends and strategies to expand the customer base, such as upselling and cross-sellingCoordinate different departments in terms of their customer interactions & establish a way to increase the level and effectiveness of their cooperationNotify admins and upper-management about all execution plans and required changesMonitor customer relationship tactics of competitorsWork closely with management to uphold brand and compliance standardsLeverage reporting to optimize CRM approach Requirements Bachelor's degree required; concentration in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fieldHigh level of demonstrable knowledge and proficiency with CRM software; Total Expert, Velocify, Shape, GHL, Salesforce preferred3-5 years of experience working in marketing; mortgage, finance/banking, or real estate industries preferredExperience in SQL data extraction, overseeing and driving campaigns and projectsIntermediate to advance proficiency with Excel and generally knowledgeable of all Microsoft Office Suite productsDetail-oriented, analytical, and data-drivenExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with employees at all levels of the organizationCollaborative and comfortable working in matrix environmentsCreative thinker and pro-active problem solverMultitasking is the name of the game! You will need to effectively manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously.Openness to direction and feedback when givenDesire to learn and expand skill set in a growing department
