Position overview

As a CRM Specialist you will be responsible for assisting and supporting the maintenance of our company's CRM system, Veeva, and related applications. You will coordinate CRM related projects on a country level and the administration of Veeva system, according to the CRM strategies of our company's Business Units. You will also support and train the sales and marketing roles of each Business Unit, as well as other users of Veeva. The role sits within Digital, Data & Analytics Unit and reports to Data & Analytics Team Lead.

What You’ll Do:

Ensure correct maintenance of data structures within Veeva CRM: accounts, contacts, events, etc. in compliance with GDPRSupport the business units with the creation of strategic goals/objectives to be recorded and measured in Veeva: campaigns, opportunities, lead metrics, account/ contact profiling.Create reports and deliver dashboards, as required by the Business Units, and/or educate users on the use of dashboards created by the regional team.Deliver input from the system of the record (Veeva CRM) to inform target setting and Sales Incentive Plans processes for Sales Roles.Share best practices and ideas to drive optimum use of the CRM system for business processes.Analyze the marketing reports to determine what kind of customer trends the business should respond toWrite training manuals and teaching staff on how to use the CRM, incl. new functionalities.Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as requested by our company's ITSupport the Business Units in the implementation of any new system functionality.Provide 1:1 support for any issues experienced or user questions.Troubleshoot user or software errors that inhibit the efficiency of the interaction between people and technology issues, both system and user compliance.

Expertise with IT/CRM software and systems, preferably Veeva CRMFluency in English and Polish is a mustThe skillset to resolve technical CRM issues, including responding to customization requestsOrganizational skills, which help the CRM Marketing Specialist juggle competing demands from marketing, sales, customers, and managementCollaboration mindset to serve as the bridge between marketing, sales, compliance and business operation functionsStrong problem solving and communicating skills (both writing and speaking) to conduct technical training manuals for end usersAttention to detail, to manage the integrity of the CRM dataPolish native and English business proficiency required
