We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented CRM Specialist to join our team. This role is critical in driving revenue and customer growth through best-in-class lifecycle marketing, targeted engagement strategies, and personalization at scale. You will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimising campaigns across multiple channels. WHAT YOU’LL DO Own CRM performance – Develop and implement customer engagement and retention strategies that drive revenue, increase conversion rates, and improve customer lifetime value. Lead lifecycle marketing – Design automated and triggered journeys that nurture customers through acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention and reactivation. Optimise customer segmentation – Leverage customer data to create precise segments and drive hyper-personalised marketing strategies across touchpoints. Increase repeat purchase rates – Identify and implement strategies that encourage repeat shopping behavior to boost retention. Drive experimentation and growth – Continuously A/B test messaging, creative, setups, and cadence to maximize open rates, CTRs, and conversion metrics. Leverage data for insights – Work closely with data teams to track campaign performance (beyond CRM platforms), measure ROI, and refine CRM strategies based on results. Expand omnichannel engagement – Ensure seamless customer communication across email, push, web & app modals, SMS, whatsapp etc - whilst integrating CRM efforts with broader marketing initiatives. Enhance personalisation – Implement increasing levels of 1:1 personalization across multiple touchpoints, including the platform (web/app), and CRM channels. Ensure CRM data integrity – Collaborate with engineering and data teams to maintain clean, enriched customer data that fuels smarter segmentation, targeting and analytics. Whether it’s setting up daily campaigns, triggered journeys, running A/B tests, or diving into customer data, you’re hands-on, detail-oriented, and thrive on driving measurable impact. A go-getter attitude: You are obsessed with results and don’t wait for permission to fix problems. You know how to balance speed and precision, continuously testing, iterating, and optimising to find what works. If you’re the kind of person who sees a gap and immediately jumps in to close it, this role is for you. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. Proven experience of at least 3 years in CRM management or a related role (various levels to seasoned senior will be considered) Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM software and analytics tools. One or more of the following will help you stand out: Basic coding knowledge (SQL, CSS, HTML, Jinja or similar) Experience in any report building from raw data.
