Requirements:
At least 2 years of relevant experience in CRM or marketing.Proficiency in marketing automation tools like WebEngage and CRM systems.Basic knowledge of Marketing Automation and e-CRM concepts.Familiarity with analytical tools such as Google Analytics and expertise in segmentation frameworks like RFM.Strong reporting and documentation skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to handle complex customer data and deliver actionable insights.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams and present findings to stakeholders.Organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.A proactive and adaptable mindset to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Benefits:
