Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Marketing, or related field \nMinimum 2 years of experience with major CRM platforms to manage customer journeys\nStrong organizational skills to ensure accuracy in data, campaign tracking, and reporting.\nCapable of managing multiple CRM- and retention-related projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.\nStrong ability to analyze data and extract insights to inform marketing strategies. Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI is beneficial.\nCRM platform certifications (Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) are preferred\nDatabase management certifications are an advantage\nCandidates should be proficient in one or more of the following:\nAdvanced knowledge of CRM platforms and architecture\nDatabase management and SQL proficiency\nExperience with CRM customization and integration\nUnderstanding of sales and marketing automation\nData analysis and reporting expertise\nWorkflow automation capabilities, API integration knowledge\nBusiness process modeling skills\nData security and compliance knowledge \nWhat to expect...\n
Schedule:\nMajority of our clients are within US business hours from Monday to Friday but some may have unusual business hours. Opportunities maybe full-time or part-time.\nCompensation:\nRate starts at $5 per hour\nPayment is made via Deel\nEquipment:Candidate must have the following WFH Set-Up:\nComputer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.\nInternet speed of at least 40MBPS\nHeadset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam\nBack-up computer and internet connection\nQuiet, dedicated workspace at home\n\n
