The Role’s Key Responsibilities and Tasks
As an eDOer, you will have clear objectives, great challenges and a clear overview of how your work contributes to the global company project and its customers. As CRM Specialist in the CRM team you will be in charge of:
Definition of the contact strategy according to the business need and customer expectationGrowth of our Prime member base and Prime satisfaction including retention and repeat through our CRM channelImplementation of the touchpoints across channels (email, push notification, SMS, site) and marketsCreation of customer journeys within Salesforce Marketing Cloud platformCreation, integration and validation of touchpoints with stakeholdersResponsible for campaign optimization through KPI’s analysis, testing, and best practices usageBuilding reporting and generate insight to identify opportunitiesWhat you need to succeed:
