What you will do:

The Role’s Key Responsibilities and Tasks

As an eDOer, you will have clear objectives, great challenges and a clear overview of how your work contributes to the global company project and its customers. As CRM Specialist in the CRM team you will be in charge of:

Definition of the contact strategy according to the business need and customer expectation

Growth of our Prime member base and Prime satisfaction including retention and repeat through our CRM channel

Implementation of the touchpoints across channels (email, push notification, SMS, site) and markets

Creation of customer journeys within Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform

Creation, integration and validation of touchpoints with stakeholders

Responsible for campaign optimization through KPI’s analysis, testing, and best practices usage

Building reporting and generate insight to identify opportunities

What you need to succeed:

 2-3 years Email and App marketing experience (experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus)

Knowledge of web analytics tools (Looker Studio is a plus)

Knowledge of Excel and good analytical skills

Team player, results oriented, self-starter, details-oriented

Knowledge of SQL and data integration is a plus

Experience in a subscription model is a plus
