If this describes you, and you are looking to join a business where you can really add value, it’s time to consider joining Nestlé Business Services! **Position Summary** Act as a Campaign Deployment Analyst for the CRM Services, ensuring a high quality service execution and delivery to Nestlé Brands/Markets using Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Adobe Campaign. **A day in the life of...** The CRM Services Analyst provides support to a key customer in the email integration and deployment of their email campaigns. This role executes the process of email campaign deployment from brief reception to sending and monitoring. Including: + Build emails using existing templates in the CMT. + Integrate email content elements (HTML, images, videos, dynamic personalization). + Mapping the integrated content with the pre-defined target populations. + Manage subscriber data, import and segmentation using a combination tools and database queries. + Send campaign proofs for validation and perform requested reworks. + Perform quality assurance testing to validate functional and rendering performance. + Scheduling, executing and monitoring the campaign. + Prepare campaign peformance report with brand's key metrics (delivery rate, bounce rate, open rate, CTR) + Troubleshooting campaign deployment problems (at workflow and delivery level). + Ensure a high level of partnership with client Nestlé brands and markets. **What will make you successful...** + Understanding of best practices of Email Marketing, digital marketing, and data-driven marketing strongly preferred, with at least 1 year of proven experience. + Knowledge of basic HTML and/or CSS preferably applied to email development. Basic knowledge of SQL querying for targeting. + Experience with an email marketing tool like Salesforce's Marketing Cloud, Oracle's Marketing Cloud (Eloqua). + Demonstrate experience in dealing with various stakeholders/clients. + Strong written and verbal communication skills. + Good organizational skills. + Meeting productivity standards; + Demonstrating accuracy and thoroughness; looking for ways to improve and promote quality, + Ability to quickly learn new technologies and working methods, + Comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment, + Strong verbal and written communication skills, + Proficiency in English is required (spoken and written)
