About the roleWe are now looking for a CRM Analyst who will be responsible for providing CRM (Salesforce) support to the organization. This role will work closely with sales and operations, responding the queries and finding solutions for any issues. The post holder will continuously work on improving ways of working and supporting our CRM users. Key responsibilities include:Day-to-day user support and maintenance of CRM to include managing user queries, user administration and user training Ensuring that the data held in the CRM platform is accurate and well maintained through procedural/bulk updates.Configuration of the Salesforce system; creating reports, dashboards and workflows Gathering business requirements and documenting the proposals for system improvementsIdentifying ways to streamline and improve current processesSkills and experience requiredProven experience providing technical administration with CRM systems, ideally SalesforceExcellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skillsStrong problem solving skills and desire to find solutionsExcellent attention to detail, good presentation, written and oral communication skillsUnderstanding of relational databases and database integrity tools is desirableExperience of handling and investigating user queries is desirableProfessional fluency in English is essential for this role, Swedish is helpful but not a must!Why Join Us?Does this role sound like a great opportunity but you’re not sure about making a move?
