CRM Team Student

**The Position**
The main areas of focus for this position are updating Veeva CRM training materials, assisting in the development of internal Standard Operating Procedures(SOPs), and providing general support to the CRM Team as needed.
**Responsibilities**
+ Develop and modify CRM training materials
+ Verify that steps in all training materials are accurate and update as necessary
+ Update screenshots to ensure training materials and presentations reflect current CRM configurations
+ Identify opportunities to improve flow of information
+ Assist in developing internal SOPs
+ Follow best practicing for developing and updating all materials
+ Provide support to the CRM Team as needed
This position is based in the Burlington, Ontario office located at 5180 South Service Road and is **flexible.**
Employees in flexible roles are required to be at the office a minimum of 50% of the time each month and must report to the office when requested and required by their Manager/Department.
**Requirements**
+ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
+ Intermediate/advanced level Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
+ Experienced in developing training materials and documenting processes
+ Technically savvy and the ability to learn Veeva CRM system (built on Salesforce CRM), and other software
