Job Description
At Wise, we're on a mission to build the best way to move and manage money internationally. We're making financial services more fair, accessible, and affordable for people and businesses worldwide.
As we continue to grow, we're looking for a CRM Technology Lead to own our tech stack (systems, tools, integrations) that powers our best-in-class CRM engine. You’ll play a key role in helping us scale our CRM operations, improve customer engagement, and unlock new levels of efficiency and personalisation.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of marketing, data, and technology — a strategic thinker who can deeply understand our tech stack, manage cross-functional projects, and ensure our CRM platform is scalable, integrated, and ready for our future growth.
Your Mission:
Qualifications
6+ years of proven track record with CRM or MarTech platforms integrations (Braze, Iterable, Salesforce, Snowflake, Stripo, MovableInk etc.).Strategic mindset with proven ability to define and deliver technical roadmaps in a fast-paced, stakeholder-heavy environment. Deep understanding of data flows, APIs, events, and integrations, even if you’re not the one writing the codeExperience managing projects that require coordination across marketing, engineering, data, and productStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset. Great communication skills – you can explain tech trade-offs to non-tech folks and vice versaHands-on experience with APIs, CRM coding languages (CSS, HTML, MJML, Liquid) and SQL
Desirable:
Experience in fast-growing, product-driven Fintech / Financial Services companiesBackground in lifecycle marketing or product management.Familiarity with AI-driven CRM technologies for customer segmentation, predictive analytics, ML modelling for customer insights and personalisation etc.Additional Information
