Responsibilities: + Follow established policies and regulatory standards + Administer anesthesia and related care in pre-anesthetic, induction, maintenance, emergence, and post-anesthesia phases + Participate in Quality Improvement processes + Teach and evaluate newly-hired CRNAs, GRNAs, and SRNAs + Manage controlled substances per policy and guidelines Qualifications: + Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program + Knowledge of controlled substance policies + Master’s degree preferred Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances: + Registered Nurse license in Pennsylvania + Board Certified or eligible by the Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists + CPR, ACLS, PALS certifications as required + Act 33 and Act 34 clearances with renewal
