**Location:** Pipestone, MN **Worker Type:** Regular **Work Shift:** Day Shift (United States of America) Pipestone County Medical Center and Family Clinic is currently seeking to find qualified individuals to join our growing team. We are committed to providing high quality services to our southwest Minnesota community. **Position Highlights** **2 weeks on, 1 week off; First week call 24/7, no call weeks 2 & 3** ****POSITION IS ELIGIBLE FOR $10,000 RELOCATION ASSISTANCE**** **Job Duties:** **The Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)** **is responsible for the anesthesia services in patient care delivery. He/she manages staff in regards to anesthesia services in the OR, Outpatient Surgery, OB and PACU. He/she consults with staff, medical staff and the Surgical Services Nurse Manager with problems and interpretation of policies and procedures. The CRNA maintains performance improvement activities with in the department and participates in PI activities. He/she assists in formulating the budget. The CRNA provides care in the pain management environment directed toward meeting both the psychosocial and physical needs of the patient. He/she functions as a resource person and teacher. Care given reflects initiative and responsibility indicative of professional expectations. He/she is proficient in pain management, guidelines and medication dosing. He/she adheres to the mission, vision and values of Pipestone County Medical Center & Family Clinic in all aspects of job performance.** **Position Qualifications:** **Education and/or Experience:** **Graduate from an approved professional CRNA program. Master’s Degree required. Previous experience preferred.** **Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:** **An active CRNA license and Licensed as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse in the State of Minnesota and/or meeting the requirements of Multi-state licensure required. Certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist by the Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists or re-certified by the Council on Re-certification of Nurse Anesthesia is also required. Certification as an APRN through the Minnesota Board of Nursing with designation specific to the board of practice is required. Federal DEA certification as required by the state of Minnesota. BLS (CPR) certification required.** **Certification in CALS with newborn module** **OR** **ACLS, PALS and NRP required.** **The starting hourly pay for this position is $104.74 per hour.
