Competitive salary:  Greater than five years' experience, $291,200.00  Two to five years' experience, $260,000.00  Zero to two years' experience, $235,040.00$10,000 relocation bonus with receipt reimbursement $20,000 sign-on bonus Comprehensive health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance 401(k) and Flexible Spending Accounts Medical professional liability insurance Choice of W2 or independent contractor status 7 weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO) and CME Full-time CRNA stipends

Responsibilities: 

Practice independently within a supportive team environment Oversee 26 ORs + 2 OBs in a Level 2 Trauma Center Work on a diverse case mix: general, orthopedic, urological, gynecological, neurological, vascular, and gastrointestinal procedures Standard day shifts from 7 am - 5 pm, with flexible shift options: 8s, 10s, 12s, 14s, or 24s

Requirements: 

Active state license, DEA, and State CDS Board certification ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications Minimum of 2 years of experience
