Crop Protection Warehouse Logistics Supervisor

About the Opportunity:

To ensure that all DOT standards are being met and all vehicles are in good running condition. Also ensuring that all chemical is be delivered in a timely fashion.

Our expectations are that you:

Ensure all drivers are in compliance with DOT and MFA safety requirements. Ensure accurate placarding of deliveries and correct DOT shipping paperwork for each load. Properly train and evaluate all drivers on DVI reports, DOT requirements and customer interactions during deliveries    Manage fleet to DOT standards, including appropriate record-keeping    Enforce driver inspection policies, assess and approve all vehicle repair Maintain the truck and forklift fleet.    Organize and manage daily delivery routes for drivers    Deliver products as needed    Cross-checking product and paperwork to ensure correct SKU is loaded/unloaded    Keep all delivery tickets organized Assist in monthly inventory counts
