Cross Boarder Business Development and Growth Lead
Lead the business development efforts for AnyMind Philippines on a regional level while working closely with our Regional - Growth Market team. This involves identifying and creating new business opportunities, planning and implementing regional marketing activities, development of Go to Market Strategies, and negotiating and finalizing acceptable deals with both existing and new clients. Work closely with the local market'S D2C team (commercial, operations and creators growth), as well as various departments within AnyMind PH, to ensure a consistent and high-level execution that drives e-commerce performance and to meet all the required warehousing, fulfillment, marketing, creative & manpower requirements. Collaborate with e-commerce, business devs and marketing teams from other AnyMind offices in the SEA & MENA region to conduct & analyze market trends, customer behaviors, competitive positions, and other necessary market studies in order to produce a sound findings and recommendations regarding the feasibility of brands/products before it enters the selling market. Proactively engage with potential local (PH) brands to demonstrate how AnyMind PH can support them in expanding their market presence through cross-border e-commerce. This will entail arranging discovery meetings, crafting a compelling pitch deck, and ultimately presenting it to prospective clients with the goal of securing successful partnerships. Facilitate the entry of new products here in the Philippines by working closely with AnyMind's regulatory affairs team (ensuring FDA compliance and legal requirements) to obtain all essential permits and certificates necessary for adhering to all mandatory regulations and legalities when distributing, wholesaling, and retailing regulated products in the country. Build and nurture strong relationships with media agencies, continuously update them of our capabilities not only in e-commerce but also in various media campaigns. Be creative in crafting services that are mutually beneficial between AnyMind and the agencies.
