We help clients in more than 175 countries capitalize on insights from their data, streamline business processes, reduce costs and gain the competitive edge in their industries. **Your role and responsibilities** 1) Develop and implement communications strategy aligned with the company’s regional and global business objectives. 2) An expert in content Creation & channels Management. 3) Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and foster a collaborative company culture across MEA. 4) Support internal events, town halls, and regional all-hands meetings by preparing leadership messages, speeches, and presentations. 5) Monitor and measure the effectiveness of internal communications through metrics and employee feedback. On the external Communications front, a successful candidate need to: 1) Develop and execute an external communications strategy aligned with both regional and global business goals 2) Build and maintain strong relationships with local media, journalists, and influencers. 3) Maintain communication with external stakeholders such as partners, industry bodies, and government organizations. 4) Support executives comms and channels management. 5) Manage crisis communication plans and handle any unforeseen issues and protect brand reputation. 6) Have a general understanding of the Turkish market. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Strong Written and Verbal Communication: Ability to convey complex technical information clearly and concisely. * Technical Understanding: Basic knowledge of IT concepts, software, hardware, and industry trends. * Social Media & Digital Communication: Familiarity with online platforms, content management systems, and tools for digital outreach. * Brand Messaging & Content Creation: Crafting consistent and engaging content (press releases, blog posts, internal comms, videos). * Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. * Stakeholder Management: Interpersonal skills to work with various teams across different markets * Crisis Communication: Quick response strategies for handling sensitive situations. * Data Analysis: Basic understanding of analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and audience engagement. * Adaptability: Willingness to learn new tools, tech trends, and adjust to the fast-paced IT environment. * Knowledge: Have a general understanding of the Turkish market.
